How does the service work?
It starts with choosing your desired package. We offer 4 different packages to choose from. We also offer a range of exterior and interior add on services such odour removal, salt/calcium removal and more. All of our packages and add on services can be found on our website or you can simply call/email us and a representative will be happy to assist you.
Once you have selected your service, you can book online or contact us to schedule your appointment.
You will receive a confirmation via email upon booking and another confirmation via text message 24 hours before your appointment.
We come fully equipped so no need to provide us with anything, only access to water and to power is required. Prior to your appointment, please remove all personal items from your car to facilitate the cleaning process for our technician.
You only pay once the job is done and are fully satisfied with the results. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
What do you need to perform the service?
We come fully equipped! We only require access to a nearby water faucet and electrical outlet. We have a 100 foot hose & extension cord.
How do I pay?
We accept debit, credit and etransfer. You only pay after the service is done and when you are fully satisfied with the result. We do not accept cash payments.
What happens if it rains?
We will be in communication with you if the weather is unfavourable. We do, however have a canopy therefore we can perform the service rain or shine. If need be, we can reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
Which areas do you service?
We service Montreal, West Island, Vaudreuil, l'ile Perrot & Pincourt. We're happy to service neighbouring areas as well but at a small additional fee to account for time and distance. Message us for more information.
